Imagination Ball Event Photo The Saint Elizabeth Health Care Foundation implemented the Caregiver Support Program to help alleviate the pressures that family caregivers face by providing them with essential tools, resources, expertise and relief of caregiving duties (respite care). The Caregiver Support Program is a unique charitable initiative that is funded entirely by charitable donations received from individuals, families, corporations and organizations in the community.
