Teddy Bear Affair 2008 Photo Since 1979, the Children's Aid Foundation has been making a difference in the lives of children and youth by raising funds and supporting initiatives for the prevention of abuse and neglect. Chilren's Aid Foundation's mission is to improve the lives of abused and neglected children through Prevention, Enrichment and Education. This three pronged approach enables us not only to meet the immediate and urgent needs of the children, but more importantly, allows the Foundation to explore unique and innovative ways to make a longer lasting impact in the lives of the children we serve.
