Ontario Science Centre presents the 2009 LG Innovators’ Ball (April 30, 2009)

The Ontario Science Centre’s signature annual fundraiser is now titled the LG Innovators’ Ball thanks to support from sponsor LG Electronics Canada. In theme with the upcoming new exhibition, The Science of Spying, ‘Femme Fatale: An Evening of Intrigue’. This year’s event, with honorary co-chairs Ben Mulroney and Jessica Brownstein, will be an unforgettable evening that will revolve around the fascinating world of international espionage. Party guests will experience an exotic night of drinks, dancing and mystery at the 2009 LG Innovators’ Ball. Proceeds from the event support the Ontario Science Centre’s community access and outreach initiatives. Location: Weston Family Innovation Centre Time: Party starts at 8:30 pm to 1:00 am Price: $150.00 per person for the party Following dinner prepared by reowned chef Susur Lee, guests made way to the Weston Family Innovation Centre for an espionage-themed party that lasted into the wee hours of the morning. For those that felt it was a bit too early to be in a party mood, there was an exhibition area that showcase state of the art spy gadgets and provided visitors the challenge to learn what it takes to be a spy.
