On December 4^th 2010, The Miss Universe Canada GTA & Central Ontario preliminary pageant took place at the Jane Mallett Theatre. Out of the 40 contestants that entered only 12 finalists were selected to advance to the Miss Universe Canada 2011 Pageant in Spring 2011. These 12 finalists will compete at the national level and get a shot in winning the Miss Universe Canada 2011 Pageant!

The 2011 Miss Univere Canada - GTA & Central Ontario Preliminary Top 12 finalists are: Anastasia Florin, Celine Laflamme, Chelsea Durocher, Cristine Vlcek, Jamie Lynell Ellis, Michelle De Sousa, Michelle Kwan, Pablita Thomas, Sadhna Yunus, Sarah Gheisari, Sonia Judge and Victoria Volkova.

Special awards: Anna Piatrovich (Miss Photogenic), Jessica Lockhart (People's Choice), Mahsa Bakhshandeh (Best Hair) and Sarah Gheisari (Miss Congeniality).
